Customers in the EU have 14 calendar days to cancel a purchase but MUST contact us to obtain a return Number. In this case a refund will be made within 14 calendar days of cancellation.
If cancellation takes place after the order has been shipped then the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items in a rigid cardboard envelope to ensure items will not be bent or damaged.

Colours and photos on www.pheondecals.com are not contractual. **COLOURS are indicative as they can vary depending on the settings of your own computer.**

If you want to use an image created by somebody else, get their permission in writing and make sure to credit them next to the picture or else you could have a lawsuit on your hands.
